Our 16-week process gives you a structured path forward, with each phase designed to take you closer to a real, launch-ready business.

Weeks 1–2

Start with the mission.

We begin with you - your experience, your skills, your goals, and the opportunity you're trying to pursue. Together, we identify the business opportunity, define the problem you're solving, and establish the foundation for everything that follows.

BUILD

Weeks 3–6

Turn the idea into a business.

An idea is only the beginning.

This phase focuses on developing the actual business model - how it works, who it serves, what it offers, and how it makes money.

You'll work through:

DEVELOP

Weeks 7–10

Build the infrastructure behind the business.

Now we start putting the pieces in place.

Your business needs more than a great idea. It needs a brand, systems, financial direction, and a professional presence.

Weeks 11–16

Take it from built to ready.

The final phase is about execution.

We bring the pieces together, identify what still needs to be completed, and prepare your business for the market.

Applicants should have a genuine interest in starting, developing, or launching a business.

The program requires participation, engagement, and a willingness to complete the work.

Applicants should be able to commit to the program schedule and required sessions.

You don't need a perfect business plan on Day One.

Questions Before You Apply?

    You can apply with an existing business, a business idea, or an entrepreneurial direction you're ready to develop.

    You don't need an MBA, a business degree, or years of entrepreneurial experience. You bring your experience, skills, and willingness to build. We help with the rest.

  • No - not necessarily.

    You don't have to arrive with a perfect business plan. The program is designed to help you take an idea and develop it into something actionable.

  • For eligible veterans, the VVF Build Package is provided at no cost to the veteran. The program represents approximately $55,000 in business launch infrastructure and services.

  • The current program is structured around a 16-week journey, taking participants from their initial session through business development and launch preparation.

  • No.

    We're not a course. We're not a bootcamp. We build alongside you. The program is designed around hands-on business development and structured support.

  • Once your application is submitted, the VVF team will review your information and determine the appropriate next step.
